Set along a charming residential street, this neighborhood boasts a tranquil ambiance with minimal traffic. Lined with swaying palm trees, the street offers a variety of scenic routes for leisurely strolls, where you'll have the chance to greet friendly neighbors. During your explorations, you'll encounter picturesque canals, a serene lake, and the endearing presence of burrowing owls, a beloved local species. Cape Coral proudly hosts the largest population of Burrowing Owls in the state, estimated at around 1000 nesting pairs.
